Geloof Gear delivers products throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners, including Courier Guy. We are committed to ensuring your orders arrive safely and efficiently.
Delivery Coverage
• We currently deliver within South Africa only
• International shipping is not available at this time
Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
• Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation via PayFast (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Once processed, orders are handed over to our courier partner for delivery
• Total estimated fulfilment time (processing + delivery) is typically 3–5 business days within South Africa
• Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier routing, and demand periods
• Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched
Order Fulfilment Model
Geloof Gear operates on a small-batch and drop-based production system.
This means:
• Some items may be prepared in production cycles before dispatch
• Availability and dispatch timing may vary based on batch scheduling
• Orders are fulfilled in line with production flow and stock availability
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:
• Order weight
• Delivery location
• Courier rates
General Shipping Structure
• Typical small-to-medium parcels start from approximately ± R120 ZAR
• Heavier parcels may incur additional courier surcharges based on weight
• All shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before payment confirmation
Free Shipping Threshold
• Orders of R1,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping (subject to courier weight limits)
• Where parcel weight exceeds standard thresholds, additional courier charges may still apply
Dispatch & Tracking
• Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS
• Tracking updates are managed directly by the courier
• An order is considered delivered once confirmed by the courier system
Risk & Responsibility
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the courier confirms delivery
• Customers must inspect their parcel upon receipt
• Any damage, missing items, or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence
Delivery Limitations
• All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, demand spikes, or external factors
• Geloof Gear is not responsible for delays outside of our control
Limited Edition & Drop Releases
• Limited edition or drop-based products may follow extended production cycles before dispatch
• Customers will be notified where delays are expected prior to dispatch where possible
Shipping Costs & Structure Note
• Geloof Gear does not use flat-rate shipping
• Shipping is calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight and destination
