•⁠ ⁠Geloof Gear does not store or process card or banking details.
•⁠ ⁠Payments are handled directly by PayFast under their own compliance systems.
•⁠ ⁠Refunds (where applicable) are processed via PayFast to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

•⁠ ⁠Orders are fulfilled via third-party courier services.
•⁠ ⁠Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information.
•⁠ ⁠Once delivery is confirmed (OTP or courier proof), risk transfers to the customer.
•⁠ ⁠Any delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with supporting evidence.

Refunds & Returns

Stock Availability, Drops & Production Cycle

Geloof Gear operates on a small-batch, drop-based production model.

Production Model

•⁠ ⁠Released in structured drops with defined themes and design direction

Stock Status Transparency

Customers acknowledge:

Replenishment Cycle

Out-of-stock products:

Drop-Based System

Each drop may include:

Once a drop is sold out:

Caps: approximately 3–5 weeks depending on production cycle
Leather tabs: approximately 5–10 working days

No fixed delivery or production dates are guaranteed.

Geloof Ark (Woodwork)
